8. Delivery policy

You agree that you will be treated at our contracted clinics during the course of your treatment.

9. Medical liability

This website is setup as a gateway for you (the “patient”) to access Fibromyalgia treatments made available via our contracted clinics. Clinical Associates Limited is responsible for providing administration services related to patient management throughout the course of your treatment at our contracted clinics. However, all medical liability during assessment, diagnosis and treatment of your Fibromyalgia is the responsibility of the clinic where you are receiving consultation or treatment. You hereby exclude Clinical Associates Limited to the fullest extent permitted by law of all liability for any loss or damage you may incur due to medical consultation or treatment you receive at our contracted clinic as a result of booking an appointment via this website.

You also acknowledge that you may be given separate terms and conditions and consent forms to sign and approve from our contracted clinic prior to your consultation or treatment with that clinic.

10. Refund and cancellation policy

You agree to make a full payment to Clinical Associates Limited for your treatment, at the time of booking your appointment.

If you wish to cancel your appointment at a later date, you may do so by calling our administration team on 0207 118 0250, at least 48 hours before your appointment date. In this case, a full refund payment will be made to your credit card within 7 working days.

You agree that failure to turn up on a booked appointment, or cancelling it less than 48 hours before the due appointment date, will incur the full appointment fee. In this case, you hereby grant Clinical Associates Limited the right to retain this amount from the payment you have previously made for your treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that to provide administration services related to patient management throughout the course of your treatment, Clinical Associates Limited will need to store and share your health records with our contracted clinics. Clinical Associates Limited is committed to managing your health records in compliance with The Data Protection Act 1998. You hereby agree and grant Clinical Associates Limited the right to store and share your health records with our contracted clinics. You also agree that Clinical Associates Limited will not be liable for any claims resulting from its management of your health records.

When you make payments to Clinical Associates Limited, we do not store our customer’s financial details.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any matter relating to this site shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any controversy or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating these terms and conditions.
